Commercial interior design

For businesses where the space
sells the service.

Your space is already communicating something about your business. Premises identifies what is working, where it's falling short, and what to change so it supports the growth you're trying to build.

The problem

Your space may be sending a different message than your business.

You may deliver exceptional service. Your reviews may be strong. Your team may be excellent. But customers don't experience those things first. They experience the environment.

The waiting area. The lighting. The signage. The furniture. The details that shape a first impression long before a conversation begins.

Most owners know their space could be better. Few know which changes would actually matter.

That's the gap the Space Study closes.

Why Premises

Your space is part of your business strategy, whether you treat it that way or not.

Most design services start with aesthetics. Premises starts with business performance. Every recommendation begins with a simple question: is this helping the business grow, or getting in the way? The goal isn't a prettier space. It's a space that better reflects the quality of the service inside it.

Start with insight

Premises delivers a structured assessment, clear priorities, and practical next steps from the start, making it easy to take the first step.

Focused on outcomes

Premises focuses on how a space shapes perception, supports your pricing, influences referrals, and affects the way customers experience your business before a word is spoken. The look matters because it helps owners present their business at the level they operate.

Built for owner-operators

Premises is built for the independent business owner making decisions themselves: focused, practical guidance that respects real budgets and real timelines.

How it works

Four steps. No walkthrough, no disruptions.

01

You submit photos of your space and answer a short questionnaire about your business.

02

Premises returns your scored assessment with specific, ranked recommendations.

03

You decide what to act on: implement the quick wins yourself, upgrade to a Blueprint for one priority zone, or both.

04

You act on what matters most, and your space starts working for the business instead of against it: more trust in person, better photos online, more visits that turn into bookings.

The practice

Three engagements, one ladder.

Most clients begin with the Study. Some stop there. Some upgrade to a Blueprint for the one zone that matters most. A few go all the way through implementation and close the loop with photography and a digital refresh that turns the investment into bookings.

Space Study

$500

A scored assessment of your space across 10 dimensions, plus one photorealistic render of the single highest-impact change. One assessment, one clear view of what is possible. Delivered within 5 business days of photo submission.

If your Study doesn't identify at least three changes you'd consider making, it's refunded in full.

Most popular entry point. For owners who want to know exactly what is helping their space and what is holding it back.

Design Blueprint

from $3,000 per priority zone

A complete design direction for each priority zone: mood board, layout plan, sourcing list with direct purchase links, three photorealistic renders of your actual space, and a 45-minute strategy call to walk through every decision. Delivered within 10 business days for a single zone; multi-zone engagements are scoped in your proposal.

For owners ready to act on their highest-impact area.

Implementation + Virtual Refresh

By invitation

Full procurement and project management of your refresh: trade-discount sourcing, coordination with local installers, and oversight through completion. The engagement closes with the Refresh Capture — a commercial photography shoot, a refreshed Google Business Profile, a 20-image social media library with caption starters for the strongest five, and hero images formatted for your site.

Offered exclusively to Design Blueprint clients. Engagements are limited and scoped to the project.
